Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Summary Financial Statement) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, and shall come into force on 1st October 2005.

In these Regulations, “the 1995 Regulations” means the Companies (Summary Financial Statement) Regulations 1995f1.
