# The Companies (Summary Financial Statement) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 4: Ascertainment of entitled person’s wishes


(1) Regulation 4 of the 1995 Regulations (ascertainment of entitled person’s wishes) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), omit “ listed public”.
