# The Companies (Summary Financial Statement) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 7: Provisions applying to all companies and groups


(1) Regulation 7 of the 1995 Regulations (provisions applying to all companies and groups) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), omit “ listed public”.
