Regulation 10 Consequential amendments

The Companies (Revision of Defective Accounts and Report) Regulations 1990^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 10(3), omit the words “,in the case of a member of the company,”.

In regulation 14(1), for “member of the company” substitute “person”.

In regulation 14(2) and (4) and 16(3), for “the Companies (Summary Financial Statement) Regulations 1990” substitute “the Companies (Summary Financial Statement) Regulations 1992”.
