  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Companies (Tables A to F) Regulations 1985 and apply to a company registered on or after 6th April 2008 which adopts Table C or Table E as articles of association.\nRegulation 2 amends article 8 of Table C (which are articles of association of companies limited by guarantee) to reflect the new rights for proxies to vote on a show of hands provided by sections 284(2)(b) and 324(1) of the Companies Act 2006.\nRegulation 3 omits article 2 of Table E (which are articles of association of unlimited companies) as it conflicts with section 307(1) of the Companies Act 2006.\nAn informal Keeling schedule to accompany these Regulations is available on the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform website.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced for these Regulations as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
