  "text": "COMPANIES\nMade 28th September 2005\nComing into force 1st October 2005\nThe Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 88(2) and 744 of the Companies Act 1985, as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations:",
