# The Companies (Welsh Language Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 2


Form 88(2) CYM (Rev 2005) in the Schedule to these Regulations, with such variations as circumstances require, is a form prescribed for the purposes of section 88(2) of the Companies Act 1985 in relation to allotments of shares made on or after 1st December 2003.
