  "text": "COMPANIES\nMade 7th March 1995\nComing into force 1st April 1995\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 10(2), 12(3), 287(3), 288(2), 363(2), 710B(3) and 744 of the Companies Act 1985, as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
