There shall be inserted before paragraph (a) of Regulations 4(2) of the 1994 Regulations the following:

“(a)

a copy of the memorandum and articles of a relevant company as delivered for registration, or as altered;”

and the present paragraphs (a) to (d) of Regulation 4(2) of the 1994 Regulations shall be relettered (b) to (e) accordingly.
