  "text": "For regulation 4(3) of the Companies (Welsh Language Forms and Documents) Regulations 1994, there shall be substituted the following:\n“(3) For the purpose of paragraph (2), a \"relevant company\" is such a company as is mentioned in section 710B(1)(b), other than a public company whose shares or debentures, or any class of whose shares or denentures, are listed within the meaning of section 251(1)..”",
