This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in Statutory Instrument 1994/117 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 710B(3) and 744 of the Companies Act 1985, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
