  "long_title": "These Regulations prescribe two forms which are in Welsh as well as in English. The forms prescribed for the purposes of section 30 of the Companies Act 1985 are prescribed for use when making statutory declarations under sub-section (5) of that section (exemption from requirement of \"limited\" as part of the name of a company). Equivalent English forms were prescribed by the Companies Form (Amendment) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/736).",
