# The Companies (Welsh Language Forms and Documents) (No. 3) Regulations 1995, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 8th June 1995
Coming into force 1st July 1995
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 12, 30 and 744 of the Companies Act 1985, as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
