  "text": "COMPANIES\nMade 5th March 1996\nComing into force 1st April 1996\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 225(1), 701 and 744 of the Companies Act 1985, as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
