# The Companies (Welsh Language Forms) Regulations 2003, Regulation 1


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Welsh Language Forms) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 27th January 2003.
(2) In these Regulations, references to a numbered section are to a section of the Companies Act 1985.
