  "text": "The following provisions of the Act come into force on 1st December 2006—\n(a) subsections (2), (3), (5) and (6) of section 4;\n(b) sections 5 and 6;\n(c) section 8(8);\n(d) sections 9, 14 and 15;\n(e) the Schedule, to any extent to which it did not come into force on Royal Assent.",
