  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThe Compensation Act 2006 received Royal Assent on 25th July 2006. Certain provisions (sections 1, 2, 16, 17 and 18) commenced on Royal Assent. Section 3 is taken always to have had effect. This Order brings into force the provisions necessary for the creation of the necessary administrative systems. It is intended that the remaining provisions will be brought into force early in 2007.",
