  "long_title": "The Compensation Act 2006 received Royal Assent on 25th July 2006. Certain provisions (sections 1, 2, 16, 17 and 18) commenced on Royal Assent. Section 3 is taken always to have had effect. Certain other provisions (mentioned in the following note) commenced on 1st December 2006. This Order brings into force the provisions necessary to establish and operate the Claims Management Services Tribunal. It is intended that the remaining provisions (mostly, those creating offences) will be brought into force within the next few months.",
