# The Compensation Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2007, Article 3: Provisions coming into force on 23rd January 2007


The following provisions of the Act come into force on 23rd January 2007—
(a) section 12;
(b) subsections (1), (3) and (4) of section 13.
