  "long_title": "This Order brings into force on 26th November 1998 section 51 and Schedule 9 of the Competition Act 1998 (the Act) which provide for the Director General of Fair Trading to make rules about procedural and other matters in connection with the carrying into effect of Part I of the Act. It brings into force on the same date section 52 which requires the Director to prepare and publish advice and information about the application of the Chapter I and Chapter II prohibitions and their enforcement. The Order brings into force for the purposes of sections 51 and 52 provisions as to the exercise of functions by the regulators (defined in section 59).",
