Article 2 Provisions coming into force on 10th March 2013

The following provisions of the Competition Act 1998 come into force on 10th March 2013 so far as they are not already in force—

(a)

section 1 (enactments replaced);

(b)

section 74(3) (repeals); and

(c)

Part 1 of Schedule 14 (repeals).
