# The Competition Act 1998 (Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 10: Supply of Beer (Loan Ties, Licensed Premises and Wholesale Prices) Order 1989


(1) The Supply of Beer (Loan Ties, Licensed Premises and Wholesale Prices) Order 1989 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 6, paragraph (1) is revoked.
