# The Competition Act 1998 (Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 18: Foreign Package Holidays (Tour Operators and Travel Agents) Order 1998


(1) The Foreign Package Holidays (Tour Operators and Travel Agents) Order 1998 is amended as follows.
(2) Article 5 (registrable agreements) is revoked.
