# The Competition Act 1998 (Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 2: Supplemental amendments to the Competition Act 1998


In the Competition Act 1998 in paragraph 38 of Schedule 13 in sub-paragraph (5) after “or paragraph 2 or 9 of Schedule 3” insert “or the Competition Act 1998 (Land and Vertical Agreements Exclusion) Order 2000”.
