# The Competition Act 1998 (Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 3: Secretary of State for Trade and Industry Order 1970


(1) The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry Order 1970 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2 (transfer of functions to Secretary of State) paragraph (3) is revoked.
