# The Competition Act 1998 (Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 4: Secretary of State (New Departments) Order 1974


(1) The Secretary of State (New Departments) Order 1974 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1, Part IV (prices and consumer protection) is revoked.
