# The Competition Act 1998 (Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 5: Transfer of Functions (Wales) (No 1) Order 1978


(1) The Transfer of Functions (Wales) (No 1) Order 1978 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1 (enactments conferring functions transferred by article 2) the words “Section 33 of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 (c. 34).” are revoked.
