# The Competition Act 1998 (Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 8: Films (Exclusivity Agreements) Order 1989


(1) The Films (Exclusivity Agreements) Order 1989 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 3—
(a) in paragraph (1) for the words “paragraphs (3) and (4)” are substituted the words “paragraph (4)”; and
(b) paragraph (3) is revoked.
