The Financial Services (Disclosure of Information) (Designated Authorities) (No 6) Order 1989^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 2 (designation of authorities and specification of functions) subparagraph (a)(v) is revoked and after subparagraph (vi) is inserted “(vii) the Competition Act 1998; and”.
