Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Competition Act 1998 (Coronavirus) (Public Policy Exclusions) (Amendment and Revocation) Order 2020.

This article and articles 2 and 3 come into force on 25th September 2020.

Article 4 comes into force on 8th October 2020.
