  "text": "(1) The Director General of Fair Trading shall maintain a register in which there shall be entered, in respect of every application made under section 14 or 22, a summary of the nature and objectives of the agreement or conduct which is the subject of the application (as referred to in Part 4 of Annex 1 hereto) and an indication of the final outcome of the application.\n(2) The register shall be open to public inspection:\n(a) at the Office of Fair Trading, between 10.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on every working day; and\n(b) on the Office of Fair Trading’s website on the Internet.",
