Regulation 2 Interpretation

(1)

In these Regulations—

  • “the Act” means the Competition Act 1998; and

  • “applicant” means a person making an application to the CMA for approval of a redress scheme under section 49C of the Act.

(2)

Any reference in these Regulations to the CMA means the CMA or a regulator.
