# The Competition Act 1998 (Specialisation Agreements Block Exemption) Order 2022, Article 4: Block exemption subject to conditions and obligation


The block exemption has effect in relation to a specialisation agreement subject to the conditions specified in articles 5 and 7 and the obligation specified in article 8.
