# The Competition Act 1998 (Transitional, Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Competition Act 1998 (Transitional, Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st March 2000 (“the starting date”) with the exception of articles 18, 23, 29, 34 and 42 which shall come into force on 1st March 2005.
