# The Competition Act 1998 (Transitional, Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 11: Competition Act 1980


(1) The Competition Act 1980 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 33 (short title, interpretation, repeals, commencement and extent) in subsection (2) the words “the Act of 1976” are repealed.
