# The Competition Act 1998 (Transitional, Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 18: Gas Act 1986


(1) The Gas Act 1986 is amended as follows.
(2) Section 62 (exclusion of certain agreements from the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976) is repealed.
