Article 19 Insolvency Act 1986

The Insolvency Act 1986^f1 is amended as follows.

In section 428 (exemptions from Restrictive Trade Practices Act) subsections (1), (2) and in subsection (3) the words “; and expressions which are also used in the Act of 1976 have the same meaning here as in that Act” are repealed.
