Article 23 Electricity Act 1989
(1)
The Electricity Act 1989f1 is amended as follows.
(2)
In section 100 (competition and restrictive trade practices) the following are repealed–
(a)
in subsection (1) the words “the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 (in this section referred to as ‘the 1976 Act’).”; and
(b)
subsections (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6).
