# The Competition Act 1998 (Transitional, Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 27: New Roads and Street Works Act 1991


(1) The New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 is amended as follows.
(2) In sections 10 (application of enactments relating to monopolies, etc.) and 33 (application of enactments relating to monopolies, etc.) subsections (1)(b) and (c) and (3) are repealed.
