# The Competition Act 1998 (Transitional, Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 30: Uncertificated Securities Regulations 1995


(1) The Uncertificated Securities Regulations 1995 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 13 for the word “126” is substituted “125”.
(3) In Schedule 2 paragraphs 6 (exemptions from Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976) and 7 (exemptions from Competition Act 1980) are revoked.
