  "heading": "Channel Tunnel Rail Link Act 1996",
  "text": "(1) The Channel Tunnel Rail Link Act 1996 is amended as follows.\n(2) Sections 23 (restrictive trade practices) and 25 (anti-competitive practices) are repealed.\n(3) In section 24 (monopoly situations) subsections (2) and (3) are repealed and in subsection (4) for the words “subsections (1) and (2)” is substituted “ subsection (1)”.\n(4) In section 26 (sections 23 to 25: supplementary provisions)–\n(a) in subsections (1) and (2) the words “23(2) or (8),” and “or (2) or 25(1) or (2)” are repealed; and\n(b) in subsection (4) the words “23(2) or (8)”, “or 25” and “ orders made by virtue of section 23(4) above,” are repealed.\n(5) In subsection (5) for “sections 23 to 25” is substituted “section 24”.",
