# The Competition Act 1998 (Transitional, Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 32: EC Competition Law (Articles 88 and 89) Enforcement Regulations 1996


(1) The EC Competition Law (Articles 88 and 89) Enforcement Regulations 1996 regulation 28 (restrictions on disclosure of information) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2(a) the words “, or the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976, or the Resale Prices Act 1976” are revoked.
(3) In paragraph (3) the words “Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976” are revoked.
