# The Competition Act 1998 (Transitional, Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 33: Plant Varieties Act 1997


(1) The Plant Varieties Act 1997 is amended as follows.
(2) Section 33 (exclusion from Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976) is repealed.
