Article 35 Greater London Authority Act 1999

The Greater London Authority Act 1999f1 is amended as follows.

(2)

In section 23 (restrictions on disclosure of information)–

(a)

in subsection (3) paragraphs (d) and (e) are repealed; and

(b)

after paragraph (r) the words “(rr) the Competition Act 1998” are inserted.
