# The Competition Act 1998 (Transitional, Consequential and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2000, Article 39: Companies (No. 2) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990


(1) The Companies (No. 2) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 3 (“subsidiary” and related expressions: consequential amendments and savings) paragraph 6 is revoked.
