# Competition Act 1998, Paragraph 10


In section 38(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (restrictions on disclosure of information)—
(a) omit paragraphs (e) and (f); and
(b) after paragraph (o), insert—
“(p) the Competition Act 1998.”
