  "text": "(1) The Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 is amended as follows.\n(2) Omit—\n(a) section 10 (restrictive trade practices: non-notifiable agreements); and\n(b) section 11 (registration of commercially sensitive information).\n(3) In section 12 (anti-competitive practices: competition references), omit subsections (1) to (6).\n(4) In Schedule 4, omit paragraph 1.\n(5) In Schedule 11 (miscellaneous deregulatory provisions: consequential amendments), in paragraph 4, omit sub-paragraphs (3) to (7).",
