  "text": "For the purposes of competition proceedings or digital markets proceedings, a court or the Tribunal must not make a disclosure order in respect of—\n(a) a settlement submission which has not been withdrawn, or\n(b) a cartel leniency statement (whether or not it has been withdrawn).",
