# Competition Act 1998, Paragraph 28: Restriction in relation to settlement submissions and cartel leniency statements


For the purposes of competition proceedings or digital markets proceedings, a court or the Tribunal must not make a disclosure order in respect of—
(a) a settlement submission which has not been withdrawn, or
(b) a cartel leniency statement (whether or not it has been withdrawn).
