# Competition Act 1998, Paragraph 43


The following provisions of this Schedule apply only in relation to proceedings on a competition claim in relation to which the first proceedings before a court or the Tribunal began on or after 8 March 2017—
(a) paragraphs 4(7) and (8) and 5(3) and (4);
(b) Parts 6 and 7.
